Chemist Warehouse, founded in 2000 by the Verrocchi and Gance families, has become one of Australia's largest retail pharmacy chains. The founders aimed to challenge the traditional pharmacy model by offering discounted prices on a wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The stores offer not only prescription medications but also over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, beauty and personal care products.
